Therefore, HH Poland informs that personal data, i.e., the user's name and surname, e-mail address and/or contact details provided voluntarily by users in forms available on the HH Poland website, are used only to:

• establish contact with the user regarding a price inquiry, question, or comment to which the user expects a response,

• sending e-mail or SMS messages (information about changes to the website, published news, announcements, and notifications in accordance with indicated preferences) ordered by the user,

• performing the service that the user has ordered or expressed interest in, internal research on interest in product groups or website elements.

All user data received via the HH Poland website is intended solely for the use of HH Poland. This data will not be sold, nor will it be shared with third parties.

Personal data concerning a specific user will be processed for the purposes described above only if the user gives appropriate consent in the completed form mentioned above. The user has the right to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data at any time. To do so, they should send an e-mail to HH Poland at hhpoland@hhpoland.com.pl requesting the deletion of their personal data. However, the deletion of this data may result in the cessation of sending the user the ordered messages (e-mails, SMS).

HH Poland processes users' personal data in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (i.e., of June 13, 2016, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).
