HH Poland S.A. with its registered office in Gliwice informs that the toy: 29cm DOLL WITH TWO 14 CM DOLLS, NUMBER HM198788, EAN code 5905698295330, does not meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of October 20, 2016, on requirements for toys, due to the presence in the product of a hazardous chemical substance in a concentration exceeding the permitted limit, i.e. bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), which creates a risk of adverse effects on human health related to exposure to the above-mentioned substance and poses a threat to the safety and health of users.
The announcement is published in connection with the proceedings conducted before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
